Purchase and shipping
Prices
All the prices of the products that are indicated through the website include VAT. The prices and conditions displayed on the website are valid at all times and are valid only during the open session. Potto Pottery is not responsible for any changes that may exist between sessions.
Availability
In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the client will be informed by email of the unavailability of the product, offering them all the options that Potto Pottery has at its disposal to satisfy their needs.
Payments
Reception and formalization of an order
Upon receipt of your order, we will verify the details and begin our shipping process. We will send you an email confirming the correct receipt of the order and announcing the estimated delivery time.
We thoroughly check the quality of the product to ensure that everything you receive is perfect.
Once the order leaves our workshop, an e-mail will be sent to you notifying you that the order is being shipped.
Cancellation of an order
Potto Pottery will accept order cancellations when requested before the order is shipped. To make the cancellation, the customer must request it by sending an e-mail to cancel@pottopottery.com. If we have not shipped the order yet, you will be fully refunded. However, if we have already shipped the order, your shipping charge will not be refunded to you and you will be responsible for any return postage.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- We do not have enough stock to deliver the products you have ordered.
- We do not deliver to your area.
- Your order contains a product with an error in the price or in the product description.
Shipments
Orders do not include shipping costs included in the price. Said expenses are detailed in the final purchase process and must be accepted by the Client.
In the case of countries outside the European Union, the client will also be responsible for any charge, tax or fee set by the country of destination. Any expense caused by the non-acceptance of said charges will be borne by the client. Returns of shipments due to disputes originated by the client with their corresponding customs services will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted for transport incidents (see next paragraph). In case of rejection of an order by the client due to a dispute with the customs office corresponding to the country of destination, Potto Pottery will not accept said return nor will it be responsible for any expense or shipment derived from said non-conformity.
All our shipments are insured against any possible incident. If your piece has suffered any damage during its transport, we will take responsibility for replacing said piece as soon as possible. The parts must be reviewed within three days of receipt of the shipment. After that time, Potto Pottery does not guarantee the treatment of claims or incidents.
Product delivery
We promise to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. The delivery of the products will be carried out by DHL transport agency. On this platform we have the On Demand Delivery service that works as follows:
- The recipient receives a notification via email or SMS. For this reason it is very important to provide this information on the order form.
- The customer accesses ODD through a link on their computer or smartphone.
- The recipient chooses their preferred delivery option, among which are: reschedule delivery, deliver to a neighbor, deliver to a DHL service point, deliver to an alternative address, or hold it for a few days (maximum 30 days) because the recipient is away. absent etc
- From DHL, they execute the request that the client has chosen.
- The recipient receives a confirmation.
- DHL Proceeds to deliver the shipment.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. m. If your order is placed after 12:00 p.m. m. on a Friday, over the weekend or on a holiday, your items will ship the following Monday or Tuesday for holidays.
Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes.
Potto Pottery will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the address entered by the client in the order form does not correspond to reality or important data has been omitted.
Delivery term
El pedido realizado por usted le será entregado en un plazo máximo de 10 días laborables desde que le hemos hecho la confirmación del pedido. Aunque el plazo de entrega habitual de Potto Pottery suele oscilar entre 3 y 4 días laborables, desde la aceptación del pedido.
Estos plazos son medios, y por tanto una estimación. Por ello, es posible que varíen por razones logísticas o de fuerza mayor. En casos de retrasos en las entregas, Potto Pottery informará a sus clientes en cuanto tenga conocimiento de ellos.
Cada entrega se considera efectuada a partir del momento en el cual la empresa de transportes pone el producto a disposición del Cliente, que se materializa a través del sistema de control utilizado por la compañía de transportes.
Por motivos de seguridad, Potto Pottery no aceptará ni enviará ningún pedido cuando no sea posible identificar al destinatario del pedido y/o su dirección.
Datos de entrega, entregas no realizadas y extravío
Es importante que el cliente rellene correctamente los datos de entrega, incluido un número de móvil y dirección de email, ya que en el momento de hacer la entrega se enviará un SMS o un email a las direcciones aportadas por el cliente. El envío incluye 2 intentos de entrega. Si en el momento del segundo intento de entrega el cliente se encuentra ausente, se le dejará un aviso con los datos de la oficina donde podrá recoger el envío. Si en 15 días el destinatario del envío no se ha presentado en la agencia de transportes, el pedido será devuelto a origen. Lo anteriormente mencionado no es válido para destinos fuera de la Península Ibérica, Gibraltar y Andorra. Destinos para los cuales se informará de las condiciones de entrega particulares para cada destino.
Potto Pottery no se hace responsable de que el producto no sea entregado cuando no se haya facilitado un número de teléfono de contacto, y/o el destinatario ha hecho caso omiso del aviso de la empresa mensajería.
Comprobación del estado del producto
El cliente deberá comprobar el buen estado del paquete ante el transportista que, por cuenta de Potto Pottery, realice la entrega del producto solicitado, indicando en el albarán o nota de entrega cualquier anomalía que pudiera detectar en el embalaje. Si, posteriormente, una vez revisado el producto, el cliente detectase cualquier incidencia como golpe, rotura, indicios de haber sido abierto o cualquier desperfecto causado en este por el envío, el cliente se compromete a comunicarlo a Potto Pottery en un plazo máximo de 24 horas a la dirección de email: contacto@pottopottery.com
